Paris, July 25, 2024. Today, ¹ú²úAV’s Board of Directors, chaired by Daniel Harari, reviewed the consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2024, which have been subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors.

¹ú²úAV’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 26 appointed a new Director, Jérôme Viala, for a four-year term. He becomes member of the Audit Committee, the Strategic Committee and the Compensation Committee.
