La Sportiva distributes in more than 70 countries worldwide, and among the company's objectives was the need to set up a master system for product data and assets used for design and lifecycle management, strengthening the company鈥檚 sales strategy and supply chain.
New integrated processes for data enrichment and digitalization of collection mood boards
Faced with a rapidly changing competitive landscape and in-house solutions that could no longer keep up with growth in its categories and markets, leading outdoor footwear company La Sportiva needed to reorganize in a more structured way.
Disparate processes were therefore harmonized and new ones introduced, with clear assignment of responsibilities, sequences and deadlines in order to optimize processes and monitor progress in real time.
